About The Role

We are seeking an ambitious Principal Consultant to join our Technology division — driving business growth across key verticals such as software, cloud, data, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and infrastructure.

This is a 360 recruitment role, combining strategic business development with hands-on delivery. You’ll partner with senior decision-makers across innovative technology companies, shaping their talent strategies and building high-performing teams.

If you have a proven track record of consistent billings, exceptional client engagement, and a passion for technology markets, this role offers both autonomy and career acceleration within a high-performing international environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across technology disciplines — from client acquisition to candidate placement.
Build and maintain long-term partnerships with clients, acting as a trusted recruitment advisor.
Drive business development, identifying new opportunities, expanding accounts, and securing retained projects.
Source and engage top-tier technical and leadership talent through advanced search, headhunting, and networking strategies.

Provide market intelligence, including salary benchmarking and hiring insights.

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality candidate and client experiences.

Mentor and support junior consultants, fostering a high-performance culture.

Consistently meet and exceed revenue, activity, and quality KPIs.

Required Skillsets

Proven track record of consistent billings and client development success within technology recruitment.
Strong knowledge of the technology market, including key trends and talent drivers.
Skilled in 360 recruitment delivery, business development, and stakeholder management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Entrepreneurial, results-oriented mindset with the ability to operate independently.
Prior experience in a senior or principal consultant role within tech or digital recruitment.
