Due to continued growth we have opportunities for Principal Electrical Design Engineers. You will be designing electrical systems and solutions for complex European and UK hyperscale data centre projects.
The projects you will be working on are with major players in the data centre sector where the company has established relationships. Not only will you have your chance to work on some of the key projects across UK and Europe but also be part of a supportive team of engineers in the UK, and a collaborative "one global team" approach towards delivering the highest quality designs to clients.
The key elements that we are looking for from engineers are;

Don't worry if you haven't worked on data centre projects yet as we have a thorough programme to provide you with all the knowledge that we know.
2) Technical knowledge in electrical design and a thorough understanding of Building Services Engineering and interdisciplinary design through all stages of the design process.
3) A collaborative team player who is happy to share their knowledge with those around them and always be open to learning and developing themselves professionally and personally.
We can facilitate all of the learning and development specifically for data centre projects that you will need so all we ask for is an open mind and a great attitude to learning new things.
You will be joining a community that focuses on learning and development through regular lunch and learn sessions, investment in accredited professional courses or educational programmes and support towards chartered engineer status if you so desire. you can set the pace for your professional development, and whatever path you choose, you will receive support.
With Black & White's exponential growth over the last few years, numerous colleagues have progressed from engineering roles into leadership positions, and you could be next. You will be able to make an impact both internally and with clients and receive suitable recognition.
