At a time of exciting developments within Adult Social Care and Salford Care Organisation, we are looking to appoint a full time permanent Principal Manger for Community Adult Social Care Services.
In Salford we are at an exciting and innovative point of developing and embedding community led support across our integrated services, maximising on strengths based practice and committing to enabling and maximising choice and control with people.
This is a senior management position with both operational and strategic responsibilities. You will be passionate about leading in a multi-disciplinary way, providing care and support to people closer to home, supporting people to live more fulfilled lives and improving outcomes for people. The role holder will also demonstrate strong ethical, social work values and embrace a culture of coproduction, learning and continuous development and improvement . In additional to this, this role demands a sound understanding of Health and Adult Social Care legislation and the national and local policy that underpins Health and Social care in Salford.
Working along side the other principal managers, the Heads of Service and other professional leads, in developing and implementing our strategic priorities, will be the opportunity to support the service take forward our vision for integrated services and ensuring sound social work principles are embedded within culture and practice
