The role:

• Full 360 desk - managing your desk your own way! There is a lot of autonomy so ideally looking for someone who is proactive in building out their own client relationships and building out the desk.
• Ability to sell solution to clients - moving away from the transactional relationships
• Managing candidate relationships and processes - connecting and networking with passive and active candidates.
• As a senior consultant in the business, you will be seen as a role model and a build positive working relationships internally.
• Future leadership opportunities, progression down people management and individual contributor paths.

Who we are looking for:

• Experience recruiting in the Accounting and Finance market ideally in Financial services - but not essential
• A minimum of 2 years proven experience in agency/contingency recruitment
• Proactive and creative strategies to winning new business and networking with clients.
