Job Title: Principle Consultant - Nuclear Team

Salary: Up to £40,000 plus Commission Scheme

Location: Remote working with travel to client sites

Hours of work: 40 Hours Per Week

At Rullion, our Principal Consultants play a key role in delivering long-term recruitment and staffing solutions within their specialist market. You’ll be a trusted expert in your field, building strong client and candidate relationships while actively representing and promoting the Rullion brand.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially astute Principle Consultant with strong account management experience, who thrives on developing long-term client partnerships, unlocking growth opportunities, and expanding service adoption across an established Nuclear client portfolio

What you’ll do:

Strategically Managing and Growing an existing client portfolio, delivering tailored recruitment and staffing solutions
Driving key commercial outcomes including NFI billed, client acquisition and development
Proactively sourcing, engaging, and interviewing high-quality candidates across multiple channels

Understanding client requirements and candidate aspirations to ensure successful placements

Identifying and developing high-potential talent that adds real value

Influencing key stakeholders and building long-term, trusted partnerships

Expanding client relationships through upselling and increased service adoption

Identifying and pursuing new growth opportunities within your accounts

Collaborating with internal teams to deliver outstanding results

Attending industry and brand promotion events to expand your network and raise Rullion’s profile

Ensuring full compliance across all recruitment activity

What We’re Looking For:

You’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and enjoys building meaningful relationships. You bring energy, confidence, and commercial awareness to everything you do.

You’ll also have:

Proven account management expertise
Proven experience in agency, MSP or RPO Recruitment and /or sales
Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable operating at a senior level

Strategic, commercially minded, and motivated by growth

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work on your own initiative

Excellent market awareness

A collaborative mindset and the ability to influence and motivate others

Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic setting
