Position Summary

We’re looking for an experienced Printer Operator to join our dynamic production team. In this hands-on role, you’ll operate a 6-colour CI Flexo press using water-based inks, ensuring top-quality print results, safety, and efficiency. You’ll take pride in producing high-quality packaging while maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment.

What You’ll Do

Operate and oversee a 6-colour flexo CI press, ensuring print quality, colour accuracy, and production efficiency.
Monitor all stages of the printing process — from setup to final checks — meeting production targets and quality standards.
Conduct regular quality and safety checks, maintaining compliance with company and industry standards.
Complete production and quality documentation accurately and on time.
Collaborate with colleagues, sharing knowledge and supporting continuous improvement across the team.
Troubleshoot issues proactively and communicate any material or production concerns.

What You Bring

Proven experience operating flexographic printing machinery

, ideally 6-colour CI presses.

Strong understanding of print quality, colour control, and production efficiency.

Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.

A positive, proactive attitude with a commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement.

Good numeracy, problem-solving skills, and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Flexibility to support production needs and maintain high standards of safety, hygiene, and quality.
