Private Client Fee Earner

Location: Farnborough
Salary: £70,000 - £100,000 total remuneration package
Working pattern: Full-time | Hybrid working available

We are recruiting for an experienced Private Wealth & Inheritance Fee Earner (2-8 PQE) to join an award-winning, Legal 500 ranked Private Wealth & Inheritance team based in Farnborough.

You will manage a varied and high-quality private wealth caseload, including:

• Wills, trusts and estate planning

• Probate and estate administration

• Inheritance Tax planning and complex wealth structuring

• Advising clients on sensitive and complex inheritance and tax matters

You will also:

• Work closely with colleagues in Family and Property to provide a joined-up client service

• Support and mentor junior team members

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through a personal, client-focused approach

• Play an active role in business development, networking and marketing initiatives
  
  

• Private Wealth / Private Client lawyer with 2-8 years' PQE

• Strong technical knowledge across wills, trusts, probate and tax planning

• Excellent client care skills with a sensitive and empathetic approach

• Proven ability to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines

• STEP qualification or willingness to work towards one (desirable, not essential)
