Private Client Solicitor (5–10 PQE)

Location: London (Hybrid Working)

We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor (5–10 years’ PQE) to join an established and highly regarded Private Client team in London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and technically strong Solicitor to take over an existing and well-maintained caseload, with the support of a collegiate team and flexible hybrid working arrangements.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing a broad range of private client matters, including:

• Wills and estate planning
• Probate and estate administration
• Trusts and trust administration
• Inheritance tax planning
• Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters

You will take ownership of an existing caseload, maintaining strong client relationships while continuing to deliver a high standard of service. There may also be opportunities to assist with business development and mentoring more junior colleagues, depending on experience and interest.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
• 5–10 years’ PQE in private client work
• Strong technical expertise and the ability to manage matters autonomously
• Excellent client-handling and communication skills
• A proactive, professional, and collaborative approach
• STEP membership (full or working towards) would be advantageous but is not essential.
