Tier 2 Legal 500 Firm

Location: Bristol - Hybrid

Salary: £55-70,000 + bonus

Experience: 1-4 PQE

OVERVIEW

An opportunity has arisen to join a Tier 2 Legal 500 firm in Bristol, known for its market-leading Private Client practice and long-standing reputation across the South West. The firm advises on high-quality, often complex private client matters, acting for high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners.

The Private Client team is well established and continues to grow, offering a strong pipeline of high-calibre work. You’ll be joining a collaborative and supportive team that values technical excellence, client care, and long-term career development, with clear progression opportunities for ambitious solicitors.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage a varied and high-quality caseload including wills, trusts, estate planning, tax, and probate matters
Advise a diverse client base, including high-net-worth individuals, families, and entrepreneurs

Handle complex and high-value matters with increasing autonomy, leading files and contributing strategically to client outcomes

Work closely with experienced colleagues in a collaborative and forward-thinking team environment

Support business development initiatives through networking, referrals, and participation in local and regional events

ABOUT YOU

Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 1-4 years’ PQE in private client work
Strong technical grounding across estate planning, trust creation and administration, and probate
Confident, personable, and client-focused, with a genuine interest in building long-term client relationships
Enthusiastic about contributing to a team-oriented, community-focused practice
