The Opportunity

We are looking to recruit an experienced and knowledgeable Assistant Manager or someone looking to step up to this level. You will work closely with entrepreneurs and their families to help shape their financial futures through proactive tax and commercial advice. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic guidance, helping clients find the right tax and commercial solutions for their business and personal affairs to safeguard and grow their wealth.

From trusts and inheritance tax planning to succession strategies and financial structuring, you will be at the heart of delivering tailored solutions that ensure long-term financial security. This is an exciting opportunity to work with influential clients, navigate complex financial landscapes, and contribute to the success of a forward-thinking team.

Day to Day Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Working directly with a team of managers, seniors and trainees
• Manage confidential client relationships
• Being a point of contact for clients
• Working on compliance and stat reports
• Working closely alongside the Partners in our growing Tax department
• Taking an active role in the overall development and progression of your team, yourself and Wilson Wright

Qualifications, Experience & Skills required

• ACCA or ACA OR CTA Qualified or on track to qualification (or equivalent) or qualified by experience
• Experienced working with high-net-worth individuals
• Able to communicate clearly with commercial skills, building a premium client management service
• Able to prioritise tasks with resources in mind
• Able to demonstrate high levels of discretion and confidentiality
• Able to support a team by applying strong interpersonal skills and intuition
• Forward-thinking and adaptable
