Private Credit Implementation Specialist (Business Analyst)

London / Hybrid

6-month contract

£1172.03 p/d Umbrella

We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Private Credit Implementation Specialist (BA).


Role Summary

The Business Analyst will play a key role in the implementation of the Allvue private credit system, working closely with stakeholders across Front Office Portfolio Management, Operations and Technology teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, analysing business processes, and ensuring the system meets the needs of the organisation. This role requires a strong understanding of private credit front office workflows, operations, reporting dashboards, and technology implementation.


Key Responsibilities


Requirement Gathering and Analysis:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders (e.g., private credit portfolio management teams, operations, IT) to gather and document business requirements for the Allvue private credit system.
  • Analyze existing workflows and processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.

System Design and Configuration:

  • Work with the Allvue implementation team to translate business requirements into functional specifications for the private credit system.
  • Ensure the system aligns with the organisation’s portfolio management and operational workflow processes and risk management frameworks.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as the primary liaison between business users and the technical implementation team both within Allvue and HSBC internal technology teams.
  • Communicate system capabilities, limitations, and progress to stakeholders at all levels.

Testing and Validation:

  • Develop test cases and scenarios to validate system functionality.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure issues are resolved before go-live.

Training and Change Management:

  • Create training materials and conduct sessions to ensure users are proficient with the new system.
  • Support change management efforts to drive adoption of the new system.

Post-Implementation Support:

  • Monitor system performance and address any post-go-live issues.
  • Continuously gather feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Business analysis experience in Private Credit is a must.
  • Knowledge and implementation experience of the Allvue Private Credit System is a must.
  • Front office experience is a must.
  • Ability to analyse complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Strong problem solving and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with tools like JIRA, MS Visio for process mapping and documentation.
