Interim Private Funds Lawyer (4–7 PQE)

Are you a private funds lawyer ready to make an immediate impact? Do you enjoy variety, thrive in fast-paced environments, and feel comfortable moving between funds, private equity and broader corporate/commercial work?

If so, this is a genuinely exciting interim opportunity.

We’re looking for an interim lawyer to step into a pivotal role, bridging an unexpected gap within a high-performing and well-regarded team. This role offers real responsibility, exposure to complex matters, and the chance to add value from day one.

What we’re looking for

4–7 PQE (candidates slightly above or below this range will also be considered)
Strong private funds experience, ideally advising on closed-ended fund structures across Luxembourg and UK funds
Experience working with or alongside private equity sponsors
Broader corporate and commercial experience is a definite plus
Adaptable, proactive, and able to hit the ground running in an interim setting
