Role Purpose
As a Logicalis Client Manager you will be working to develop long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. Client Managers liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
Responsibilities (We are scaling fast so this may change as we grow)
• Serving as the lead point of contact for client's account management matters
• Building and maintaining strong and long-lasting relationships
• Negotiating contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
• Developing account plans.
• Managing client relationships and delivering proposals
• Coordinating with clients for progress updates on their projects
• Adjusting project goals and agreements
• Identifying business opportunities by monitoring industry trends to develop new products and services that would drive revenue resources and profits to the business
• Acting as client advocates and working with internal departments to ensure that client needs are understood and satisfied.
• Assisting with making sales, handling client complaints, collecting and analysing data, and improving the overall customer experience.
Knowledge and Experience
• Proven experience in client management or account management roles and experience of on-going relationship building with clients and managing a portfolio of valuable corporate customers.
• A Solution driven, consultative sales approach.
• A proven record of generating new business sales.
• Proven record of developing and delivering proposals and presentations for prospective and existing corporate clients.
• Ability to drive conflict resolution without compromising client relationship.
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Problem solving skills, innovative and creative.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management.
• Good timekeeping, organisational skills and flexible.
