Led by a recognised expert in both corporate and personal tax, the practice advises high and ultra-high net worth individuals, family offices, international businesses and multinational groups on a broad range of tax structuring matters. These include cross-border acquisitions and disposals, real estate, trusts, M&A, double tax treaties, and luxury assets.
