Are you a passionate and experienced educator looking to make a real difference in a young person's life? Bluebird Care is seeking a dedicated QTS Qualified Tutor/Specialist Teacher to join our team in Aldershot!
In this rewarding role, you will provide one-on-one tutoring for a lovely 14-year-old student who requires personalised support in English (reading and writing) and Maths. Your expertise will help them regain confidence and emotional regulation as they transition back into a school environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality tutoring sessions tailored to individual student needs.
- Assess progress and adapt teaching strategies to ensure effective learning.
- Maintain accurate records and provide constructive feedback to parents/guardians.
What We’re Looking For:
- A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE with QTS, or equivalent).
- Proven experience working with students, particularly those with special educational needs (SEN).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a calm and patient approach.
