Our Home Delivery network plays a vital role in Currys’ success and in creating exceptional experiences for our customers. Operating from 18 Customer Service Centres (CSCs) and multiple base sites across the UK and Ireland, our 1,000+ colleagues and 600 Delivery Partners connect with customers 364 days a year—whatever the weather.
We’re committed to elevating our Home Delivery experience by standardising processes and embedding a consistent ‘One Best Way’ approach across all CSC operations and the key functions that support them.
To help us achieve this, we’re looking for a Process Adoption and Engagement Lead. In this role, you’ll drive continuous improvement in colleague engagement and process adoption, ensure strong performance control, and champion the implementation of our One Best Way strategy. You’ll work closely with teams across our Aylesbury, Plymouth, Basingstoke, Snodland, Stevenage, and Tilbury sites to embed best practices, enhance colleague and customer experiences, and reduce operating costs.
This role involves regular travel across our Southern Region.
