Now, we’re looking for a Process Quality Lead to drive and improve product safety, quality and process compliance across our packaging operations and ensure every bottle meets the highest standards internally and globally. This is a high-visibility role where you’ll lead the charge in enhancing product safety, quality and process compliance. You’ll work across teams, systems, and sites to ensure our packaging operations not only meet expectations but exceed them.
What you’ll be doing
- Develop the framework for product safety initiatives within Packaging Quality and develop and deploy roadmap for implementation aligned with relevant external certification requirements.
- Support Site Quality teams to deliver product safety initiatives and develop and deploy KPIs and monitoring programmes.
- Monitor and report on Quality Improvement KPIs across packaging operations identifying trends and deploying relevant initiatives to support Quality improvement activities and system solutions
- Lead systemic quality improvement initiatives based on performance data or serious incidents
- Establish governance for process maps, control plans, and documentation and implement quality training programs for packaging teams
- Work with MRB teams to manage all Quality Held stock, ensuring ownership, accountability and actions are in place and working effectively at each site and develop overall reporting data.
- Provide expert guidance on quality assurance procedures and practical implementation
- Communicate performance insights across relevant teams and stakeholders
About You
You’re a detail-driven quality professional with a passion for precision and improvement. You thrive in dynamic environments and know how to turn data into action.
- Experience in quality assurance, packaging operations, or manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of quality standards (ISO9001/ISO22000)
- Experience in quality systems software and tools (IFS/IQMS/SPC)
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional improvement initiatives
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- A proactive mindset and commitment to excellence
