Overview:

We are currently partnering with a leading financial services firm in London to recruit a Procurement Manager with strong experience in IT Category Management. This is a key role within a dynamic procurement function, offering the opportunity to lead strategic sourcing initiatives across the IT space (software, hardware, cloud, services) while also supporting broader, generalist procurement activity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end procurement for the IT category
• Support procurement across other categories such as professional services, facilities, and HR as needed
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across technology and business units
• Drive cost efficiencies, risk management, and compliance with procurement policies
• Monitor supplier performance and build long-term strategic relationships

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven track record in IT procurement within financial services or a regulated industry
• Broader procurement experience across other indirect categories
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
• Commercial acumen with the ability to manage complex supplier contracts
• CIPS qualification (or working toward) is desirable
