Salary - £55,000 per annum

🔍 The Role

In this key leadership position, you will:

• Lead and develop a team of 3 Strategic Buyers, supporting categories such as Care Services, Digital, and Soft FM.
• Manage your own Corporate category portfolio, including: Insurance, Legal, Training, Travel & Accommodation, Contracts & Policies.
• Drive procurement strategy, supplier performance, and commercial outcomes.
• Support your team in analysing data, building business cases, and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and operational teams across the organisation.
