Procurement Manager

We are hiring for a Procurement Manager to form a critical part of the Procurement team, based in our Head office in Uxbridge, London. This role is an exciting opportunity for someone with a procurement background, reporting directly to the Group CFO, and with an opportunity to make a significant impact on the business across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support on improving and developing procurement processes.
• Collaborate and build strong relationships with Finance and the Business to achieve greater interlock and synergy.
• Provide insight into current market trends and supplier capabilities and help to identify potential suppliers in the market (if required)
• Lead on procurement activities such as RFP, RFQ and RFI and commercial negotiations.
• Review contracts with Legal and advise the business accordingly on commercial terms.
• Updating and maintaining vendor contracts in the database.
• Provide spend reports and analysis as required.
• Promoting and educating the business on the procurement team across the Pepper Advantage jurisdictions.
• Challenge the status quo and provide opportunities for improvement and efficiencies.

Skills and experience required:

• Proven experience in similar role (3-5 years desirable)
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Likes to collaborate and achieve goals
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and develop with a ‘can do’ attitude.
