At Addleshaw Goddard, our centralised Procurement team is at the heart of the firm’s operations, supporting both day-to-day needs and strategic projects across the UK and internationally.
As we continue to expand globally, we’re looking for a proactive Procurement Manager to help shape our procurement function, build strong supplier relationships, and drive value across a variety of indirect categories.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead supplier tender and RFP activities across multiple indirect categories, ensuring best value for the firm.
• Develop and execute category plans and sourcing strategies in close collaboration with stakeholders.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, raising the profile of procurement.
• Identify and deliver opportunities for cost savings, innovation, and sustainability.
• Influence and advise stakeholders, positioning procurement as a key value driver.
• Support the development and implementation of procurement strategies, policies, and processes.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives and continuous improvement within the procurement team.

• Proven experience managing procurement initiatives across a range of indirect categories, delivering tangible value.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Strong analytical and financial skills, with a keen eye for identifying risks and opportunities.
