As we continue to grow and expand our operations across the UK and Nordic regions, we're looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing our supplier relationships and procurement activities across multiple markets.

About this role

We are seeking a commercially astute Procurement Specialist to manage supplier relationships and procurement activities across our UK and Nordic operations. This is a key role within our Procurement team, offering the opportunity to work across multiple markets, drive cost savings, and develop strategic supplier partnerships that support our business growth.

Working as part of a collaborative matrix organisation, you'll report to the North Region Procurement Manager and work closely with colleagues across Europe, Global Category leads, and regional leadership teams. This role offers genuine scope to make an impact, influence strategic decisions, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our procurement function.

• International Exposure: Work across five countries (UK, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Finland), gaining valuable experience in multi-market procurement and cross-cultural stakeholder management

Who We Are Looking For

Your Approach:

• Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated contract negotiation skills
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and challenge professionally
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management capabilities

• Professionally you will have a Diploma in Procurement and Supply or equivalent procurement experience.
