We have an opportunity for an
Procurement Systems Administrator to join their team of staff in the Purchasing department.
This is a full-time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern.
This role is for a fixed term period of 3 Months only to support the implementation of a new system.
Duties Of This Role Include
- Support the team with the implementation and continued improvement of CHGs new procurement systems.
- Develop and maintain accurate product catalogues to support the businesses commercial performance and internal governance requirements.
- Review and cleanse data to allow accurate matching to vendors data.
- Support with the onboarding of new suppliers and the ongoing maintenance of their records.
- Assist with supplier queries.
- Support with any stakeholder queries or issues with the BAU operation of services linked to the procurement system.
Applicants Should Meet The Following Criteria
- Strong IT literacy must be experienced in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel including formulas such as VLOOKS, Charts and PIVOT tables.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Strong numeracy.
- Ability to problem solve and work independently.
