Producer

Duration: 12 months contract

We’re seeking an Experience Producer to join Product Experiences team supporting a leading global technology company focused on immersive hardware and software solutions.

In this role, you will lead the planning and execution of a wide range of events, activations, and product demonstrations that bring technology to life through compelling experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, support, and execute both virtual and in-person product experiences across multiple teams
• Design scalable demos, activations, and programs supporting internal and external stakeholders
• Manage creative production and logistics, including demo design, staffing, tech setup, and onsite support
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, creative teams, and external agencies
• Develop and maintain processes, playbooks, and workflows to streamline operations
• Support training programs that enable teams to confidently represent their products
• Contribute to post-event reporting, measurement, and data collection

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of client-facing event production or experiential marketing experience, preferably in tech or creative agency environments
• Proven experience managing both virtual and in-person activations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including working with executive leadership
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration capabilities
• Experience managing vendors, production budgets, and project timelines
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies
• Analytical skills to assess event metrics and performance data

Nice to have:

• Experience with virtual or augmented reality products or technologies
• Technical troubleshooting skills during live events
• Experience working in large, matrixed, global organizations and fast-scaling environments
