Product Analyst
Salary - Up to £60,000
Location - London Hybrid 1-2 days a week
We’re looking for a proactive Product Analyst to join a high-growth FinTech, one of the leading providers in their industry. The role will focus on driving data-led improvements across the digital customer journey, boosting commercial performance, enhancing user experience and delivering measurable impact in line with business goals.
You’ll have a passion for continuous improvement, overseeing research, analysis and user-centred insights to ensure the business stays on track and achieves its objectives.
Responsibilities:
Ensure business decisions are guided by a deep understanding of customer needs, challenges and expectations, with the goal of delivering exceptional customer experiences and outcomes.
Identify and implement experience and product optimisations that support strategic goals and enhance commercial performance.
Lead optimisation projects such as A/B tests, journey reviews and landing page changes.
Use analytics, KPIs and customer feedback to identify and fix conversion issues.
Set up clear ways to measure results and share findings with senior leaders.
Ensure all optimisation plans are aligned with UX best practices, brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Proficient in SQL or Python
At least 2-3+ years experience of data storytelling working in a customer-facing environment.
Confident with web analytics platforms and monitoring tools.
Good understanding of UX, customer behaviour and digital funnels, with the ability to turn data into clear optimisation actions.
Experience in managing stakeholders.
Clear communicator.
Package:
£50,000 - £60,000 base salary
