Product Analyst - Infor SunSystems

Are you a systems-savvy analyst with a passion for finance transformation? We’re looking for a Product Analyst, Finance Systems to join our dynamic Product team and help shape the future of our global finance operations.

Reporting to the Product Manager, you’ll play a critical role in supporting, enhancing, and innovating the tools and platforms that underpin the Finance function.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Collaborate with the Product Manager and Finance teams to deliver system updates and

implement new solutions

Troubleshoot issues and support change management across finance systems

Liaise with third-party vendors to resolve technical queries and performance concerns

Maintain data integrity, manage user access, and support audits and security compliance

Deliver user training and engage stakeholders through user groups

Identify areas for process improvement and elevate the end-user experience

What You’ll Bring:

Experinece working with Infor SunSystems

Strong understanding of finance operations, reporting, and data management

A proven ability to optimise finance systems and resolve complex system challenges

Excellent communication skills, able to translate tech issues for non-tech audiences

Collaborative, curious, and confident working with cross-functional teams and vendors

Experience in global organisations and SOX-regulated environments (desirable)

Accounting knowledge is a bonus
