About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support the planning and delivery of digital and technology solutions across the business. Working under the guidance of a senior delivery lead, you will help gather, structure, and document business and user needs, ensuring that the development team has clear, concise information to deliver from.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone developing their skills in digital delivery, analysis, or product development. You will play a key part in the successful delivery of technology changes by ensuring user needs are well understood and clearly defined.
This role is hybrid based at Head Office in Barton-Upon-Humber.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in capturing and clarifying business and user requirements through workshops, interviews, and discussions.
- Support the translation of goals into clear documentation such as user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows.
- Collaborate with team leads, developers, and testers to ensure requirements are well understood and ready for development.
- Maintain up-to-date and well-structured documentation throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Help monitor work progress and contribute to team activities like backlog refinement, sprint planning, and reviews.
- Assist in gathering feedback from users and stakeholders to inform future work.
- Work with senior delivery staff to ensure priorities and context are clearly communicated.

About You
Requirements:
- Some experience working within a digital or IT team, ideally in a support, analysis, or delivery coordination role
- Good organisational and communication skills, with the ability to document and explain ideas clearly.
- An interest in how technology is delivered and the ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical colleagues.
- Comfortable using tools like Excel, Word, and (ideally) platforms such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
- A willingness to learn about agile delivery practices and contribute to team planning and delivery rhythms.
- Attention to detail, curiosity, and a proactive mindset.
- Salesforce experience is essential
