Product and Marketing Executive

The Vacancy

We are looking for a Product and Marketing Executive looking to build their skills and experience within a busy Product and Marketing team at De La Rue. This role will enable you to develop skills across to entire go-to-market range of activities within the team in a truly global business, including product, product marketing, market intelligence and marketing communications.

The role will support the team across a broad range of activities from ensuring product and market information stays up to date to supporting with event preparation, customer experience, product launches and marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate will be organised and proactive, with excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail. They will demonstrate the ability to manage diverse projects and deadlines, balancing shifting, and conflicting priorities with confidence. The ideal candidate will also be comfortable with working collaboratively within a team as well as independently when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and support the development of product content, collateral and wider information on internal SharePoint reference sites

Update the Marketing information database and supporting the Marketing Information Analyst to issue monthly reports

Assist the Digital Marketing Manager in creating and delivering content across multiple platforms

Support the development and distribution of samples, ensuring appropriate access and security

Supporting the development and distribution of marketing materials, both digital and print

Supporting the Event Manager with Event administration support as required, both internally and externally, including branded merchandise selection, stock and distribution for events

Providing general administration support to the product and marketing team as needed

Contract type: Permanent.

Working Hours: Full Time – 36.5 hrs per week (9am – 5.15pm Mon, 9am – 5pm Tues – Fri).

Base location: Viables, Basingstoke.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience

• MS Office, including PowerPoint and basic Excel
• Experience in a similar role or qualified in relevant areas
• Experience with CRM systems preferred.
• Familiarity with SharePoint, LinkedIn and/or website management a bonus

Excellent time management - must show proven capability to multi-tasking to manage diverse projects and deadlines.

Flexibility as the role will be varied and with shifting and conflicting priorities to manage
