Product and Technology Enablement Lead

Exclusive opportunity for a Product and Technology Enablement Lead to shape how a global, consumer-facing digital business builds skills, capability and performance across its Product, Engineering and Technology teams.

This is a highly visible individual-contributor role sitting at the intersection of product, technology and people, where learning, data and platforms are used to drive real capability and commercial outcomes.

You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Data and HR leaders across multiple international markets to ensure the business has the skills it needs to deliver its technology and growth ambitions.

London-based with flexible working, in a large, highly matrixed, global organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and develop the Product and Technology capability roadmap aligned to business priorities and the product roadmap.
Define and maintain skills frameworks across Product, Engineering, Data and Technology roles.
Map skills to career levels, progression and future capability needs.

Design and deliver learning pathways that build critical technical, product and delivery skills.

Own, embed and expand the use of Udemy and DataCamp across the business.

Integrate Coursera and enterprise systems such as Oracle, SAP and Workday into a joined-up learning ecosystem.

Partner with Product, Engineering and HR leaders across international markets.

Identify capability gaps and agree global and local learning priorities.

Coordinate learning and enablement activity across a large, matrixed organisation.

Track usage, engagement and skill development across platforms and programmes.

Use data and insight to assess what is working and where improvements are needed.

Define success measures and outcomes for capability initiatives.

Support managers to embed learning and development into day-to-day work.

Help build a strong product, technology and learning culture.

Ensure AI, data and emerging technologies are reflected in future skills planning.

Produce clear updates and insight for senior stakeholders.

Skills & Experience:

Experience in product-led, technology-driven or digital organisations.

Background in consumer-facing or platform-based businesses.

Strong understanding of how Product, Engineering, Data and Technology teams operate.

Experience designing or delivering learning, capability or enablement programmes at scale.

Hands-on experience using and embedding Udemy and DataCamp.

Familiarity with Coursera, Oracle, SAP or Workday.

Comfortable using data to assess skills gaps, engagement and impact.

Strong stakeholder management across seniority levels and geographies.

Experience working in large, heavily matrixed, global organisations.

Good understanding of AI and emerging technologies and their impact on skills.

Highly organised and able to coordinate activity across multiple teams and markets.

Curious, analytical and commercially minded.
