Description

Mondrian Alpha are working with a highly profitable boutique hedge fund (which has tripled in size over the past few years), supporting them with a broad finance and ops position. This is a rare opportunity to join a high-performing, entrepreneurial investment platform, working closely with the investment team.

This is a role vand reports directly to the COO, andf forms part of the ongoing build-out of the firm’s finance, treasury and operations infrastructure. The position combines daily P&L oversight, FX and share-class hedging, NAV reconciliation and middle-office escalation support. This will also take ownership of a project to develop a treasury and collateral management function. The team have remained lean by outsourcing and automating manual processes, allowing the focus to remain on value-add work, infrastructure development and growth.

They are looking for candidates with 3–6+ years’ experience from a hedge fund, investment manager or bank, with a background in operations, product control, fund accounting or treasury. Strong product knowledge across equities and equity swaps is key as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
