As our next
Product Delivery Manager (Marketplace), you’ll lead the evolution of how we connect homeowners with the right tradesperson — and turn that into confirmed bookings. This isn’t about incremental tweaks. It’s a chance to rethink how Matching and Booking work from the ground up, making home improvement simpler and more seamless for everyone.
Forget long lists, here’s what you’ll actually spend your time on:
- Delivering features that connect intent to action and jobs to trades.
- Writing clear product requirements, prioritising what matters, and getting it shipped.
- Partnering with engineers to make sure features land on time and at high quality.
- Aligning teams across Operations, Commercial and Marketing, so what we build reflects how the real world works.
- Using data and experimentation to improve search relevance, reduce friction and grow bookings.
- Leading go-to-market efforts with the right messaging, walkthroughs, FAQs and internal comms.
It’s not about ticking every box. It’s about turning up curious, ready to crack on. You’ll do well here if you bring:
- Experience in a consumer-facing marketplace, especially in matching or booking flows.
- Proven ability to take product ideas from zero to live, with a focus on speed and iteration.
- Confidence working in ambiguity, with a strong bias for action and results.
- Technical fluency and analytical sharpness - you can talk data, logic, and trade-offs with engineers and stakeholders alike.
- A strong user mindset - always focused on removing friction and building journeys that feel intuitive and trustworthy.
- Clear communication and collaborative instincts - able to surface blockers, build buy-in, and keep things moving.
