• B2B, Enterprise type of PDs.
• Experience on Communication tools, chat products, project management tools, collaboration type of tools (big text components)
• Experience/Keen interest in AI (internal tools efficiency or powered by AI)
• Experience in design systems, change components
• Experience on web, android, iOS apps

Other Skills Required:

• Self starter/Independent
• Good eye for craft, ability to design cohesive user experiences for productivity
• Front-end development
• Understanding of various compliance, data privacy, policies, content integrity

Job Description

(1) Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into useful and valuable product features for Meta’s employees.

(2) Design flows, experiences and final designs that simplify and distill down complex actions into usable interfaces for an internal Meta product

Qualifications

1.Experience building and shipping multiple features that are broad/ambiguous in scope and encompass an end-to-end experience across a variety of platforms.

2. interaction design experience with knowledge to define how an experience should behave based on understanding people's needs, plus consideration of how this product will scale. Use appropriate prototyping tools to demonstrate how a particular flow or interaction will work.

3. visual design experience with proficiency in typography, desktop/mobile UI, color, layout, iconography and aesthetic sense and how these elements impact product function.

4. Being able to work independently with cross functional teams

5. Work across web (predominantly) and mobile
