UX/UI Designer | Inside IR35 | Hybrid - London | 6 Months+

I'm recruiting for a creative UI/UX Designer to shape innovative enterprise platforms and transform complex workflows into seamless digital experiences. You’ll design persona-driven dashboards, build interactive prototypes, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver solutions that matter.

What you’ll do:

Research users and translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and polished UIs.
Create engaging, consistent designs for web and mobile.
Run usability testing and iterate quickly.
Contribute to design systems and push fresh ideas forward.

What you bring:

Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of user-centered design, responsive design, and prototyping.
Bonus: Agile experience, HTML/CSS/JS familiarity, accessibility knowledge.
