What You’ll Do
- Design Engaging Product Experiences: Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that make complex tasks simple and intuitive.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with product managers, engineers, and other designers to understand requirements, share ideas, and deliver solutions.
- Support Research & Validation: Participate in user research and testing to inform and validate your design decisions.
- Communicate & Document: Clearly explain your design thinking and document your work using collaboration tools.
- Contribute to Team Goals: Work under moderate supervision to set objectives for your own work, supporting the team’s operational targets and contributing to departmental results.
- Adapt & Improve: Identify and address changes within your area, helping the team respond to evolving needs and priorities.
What You’ll Bring
- Practical knowledge of product design principles and processes, ideally gained in a technical or regulated environment.
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma) and a willingness to learn new systems.
- Ability to self-organize, manage time effectively, and take ownership of your workflow to consistently meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
- Strong communication skills—able to explain your ideas to colleagues inside and outside your immediate team.
- A collaborative, proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- An interest in user research and a passion for designing accessible, user-friendly products.
- Ability to adapt to change and contribute to operational improvements.

Manager’s Working Style & Team Purpose
You’ll join a team that values open communication, practical problem-solving, and continuous improvement. Your day-to-day work will involve collaborating with colleagues in London and beyond, contributing your ideas, and helping us deliver great experiences for our users.
The UK base salary range for this position is £48,000-£72,000 base + benefits. This reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position. This position may also be eligible for bonus, incentive plans, and other related benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. These factors and individual capabilities will also determine the individual pay offered.
