We are looking for a skilled and creative Product Designer to join our Product Design team. You’ll help shape intuitive, user-focused digital experiences from initial concept right through to polished, production-ready designs. Working closely with other designers, engineers, product managers, and stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in evolving our design system, tackling complex usability challenges, and ensuring our products are both functional and visually consistent.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, business goals, and technical requirements
• Contribute to user research and usability testing, using insights to inform design decisions
• Create wireframes, user flows, process flows, and prototypes to clearly communicate ideas
• Design interfaces that are visually appealing, accessible, and easy to use.
• Maintain and develop our design system to ensure consistency and scalability across products
• Present and explain design concepts to peers and stakeholders, adapting based on feedback
• Champion design best practices, guidelines, and standards within the organisation

About You

• Strong understanding of UX and UI design principles, methods, and best practices
• Proficient in Figma and comfortable collaborating within design tools.
• Experience working with and contributing to design systems
• Proven ability to design interfaces that combine great aesthetics with strong usability
• Excellent communicator, able to clearly explain design choices and listen to feedback
• Collaborative, adaptable, and open to different perspectives
• Well organised with a sharp eye for visual detail
