The Role
Capco is looking for a Product Designer to create intuitive, purposeful and human-centred digital experiences for our financial services clients. This is a dynamic, client-facing consulting role where you will work across the product lifecycle to deliver solutions that empower users and drive real-world change.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the design of end-to-end digital experiences from discovery to delivery
- Conduct user and stakeholder interviews, workshops, and usability testing
- Create journey maps, wireframes, sitemaps, prototypes and polished UI designs
- Communicate design rationale clearly to developers and stakeholders, aligning to brand and design systems
- Translate insights into engaging concepts and flows that solve business and user challenges
What We’re Looking For
- Strong capabilities across the full design lifecycle, from research to final delivery
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC, and Mural
- Experience with UX methods such as design thinking, user testing, and prototyping
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver in fast-paced, agile environments
- Clear communication and stakeholder management skills
Bonus Points For
- Knowledge of financial services (e.g., banking, wealth, insurance, capital markets)
- Experience creating and managing design systems for enterprise products
- Academic background in design, HCI, psychology or related fields
- Familiarity with A/B testing, competitive analysis, or storyboarding
- Experience with emerging tools like UXPilot or Lovable
