Job Title: Product Development Co-ordinator
Salary: £26,520 - £28,000 per annum
Hours per week: 35 (flexible working options considered in line with business needs)
Location: At IOSH, we embrace hybrid working because we believe it's the key to achieving work-life balance, strategic success and fostering our collaborative culture. You’ll be required to work from our head office in Wigston, Leicester a minimum of 2 days per week. The remainder of your working hours will be undertaken from home.
The successful applicant must have the pre-existing right to both live, and to work in the UK.

About the role
This is a key role in IOSH as you will be helping to develop business in new markets by being responsible for co-ordinating the development of new and existing products to an exceptionally high standard. As part of this role you will develop a thorough knowledge of IOSH’s commercial products and services, and have an understanding of learning design principles. You will work with key stakeholders to help deliver projects to agreed timescales and within budget requirements that meet quality standards. You will work with wider teams to ensure compliance with IOSH’s corporate design guidelines and house style, and working on the design of the packaged training course or service.
What you'll bring
We are looking for a customer focused individual with excellent organisational skills to co-ordinate the development products. The ideal person will have strong interpersonal skills allowing them to collaborate and work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders including producing project briefs for stakeholders with clear deadlines and budgets. You will have strong customer service skills, ensuring that your work has a customer focused approach, and will possess knowledge of project management principles to help deliver high quality training products. You will be someone that has strong diary management and time management skills so can work on several projects at the same time whilst maintaining a high quality of work.
Essential criteria
· Knowledge of project management principles to deliver high quality training products.
· Strong knowledge of producing professional project briefs for internal and external customers.
· Strong interpersonal skills and influencing skills with the ability to collaborate and deal with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other teams across the organisation, balancing several critical development projects at the same time, with different objectives, messages, timescales and budgets.
· Customer focused approach to all aspects of work.
· Experience of managing projects with stakeholders to deadlines and within set budgets.
· Experience of customer relationship management.
· Experience of developing products, services and/or processes.
