Product Engineer (TypeScript) | Up to £110,000 | London (Shoreditch) | 4 days/week in-office | Full Stack

I’m working with a mission-led startup hiring a Product Engineer to join their London engineering team.

They build software that uses their AI platform to help charities and non-profits operate more effectively, and this is a key hire for someone who enjoys shipping end-to-end in TypeScript and owning meaningful product work in a small team.

What you’ll be doing

Building and shipping features end-to-end (frontend + backend)
Writing clean, maintainable TypeScript across the stack
Working closely with the product to solve real user problems
Improving architecture, performance, and reliability as the platform grows
Contributing to testing, reviews, and strong engineering practices

What they’re looking for

Strong commercial experience with TypeScript / JavaScript
Comfortable working full stack (React + Node ideal)
Product-minded engineer who cares about outcomes and users
Solid fundamentals: clean code, sensible judgement, high-quality bar

Happy with a fast-moving environment and high ownership

Location / setup

London (Shoreditch)
4 days per week in the office
Salary up to £110,000 + Equity
