£120,000–£160,000 + Meaningful Equity | Hybrid (3 days in London: Tues–Thurs)

I’m partnering with a high-growth, VC-backed Series B B2B SaaS company to hire a standout Product Engineers.

My client is reinventing how organisations manage and approve spend, from software requests to supplier onboarding, approvals, renewals, and supplier risk. The current purchasing process is slow, email-heavy, and painful for everyone involved. They are building the platform that fixes it.

They’ve already deployed the product with enterprise customers, are backed by tier-1 investors, and are now entering their next major scaling phase.

🛠 Tech stack you’ll be working with

This is a modern, cloud-native platform built for speed and scale:

• TypeScript
• React (Material UI)
• Node.js
• AWS Serverless (Lambda, DynamoDB, EventBridge)
• Postgres, Hasura
• Infrastructure as Code via AWS CDK / SST
• Observability tooling (Sentry-style monitoring + session replay)
• CI/CD enabling multiple production deployments per day

🔧 What you’ll be doing

• Lead the design and delivery of high-impact full-stack features from concept to production
• Make architectural decisions to ensure the platform remains fast, reliable, observable and scalable

✅ What we are looking for

We are looking for, product-minded full-stack engineers who thrive in high-growth environments and want genuine ownership over what they build.

You’ll be a strong fit if you have:

• 8–12+ years of software engineering experience (flexible for exceptional candidates)
• Proven full-stack capability with TypeScript, React, and Node.js
• Experience building on AWS, ideally within serverless architectures
• A track record of delivering excellent product experiences at speed, without sacrificing quality
• Strong judgement around system design, scalability, reliability, and observability

Bonus points if you’ve:

• Helped scale an early-stage product through rapid growth
• Built side projects / contributed to open source because you genuinely enjoy engineering
• Demonstrated excellence outside work (academics, sport, etc.) - the “high performer” mindset

🌍 Working style / culture fit

📍 London (Victoria area) — Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays onsite
