Job Summary:
Publicis Groupe is seeking a dedicated and strategic Aprimo DAM Product Lead to lead the development, implementation, and continuous optimization of our Aprimo Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
This is a hands-on role that will be instrumental in driving the configuration, deployment strategy, support model, and change management activities tied to the launch and adoption of the DAM within the Publicis Marketing organization and key clients.
The ideal candidate will serve as the central liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and end users, ensuring the system delivers measurable value and aligns with the organization's broader marketing and content strategies.
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner / Lead or similar role, ideally with Digital Asset Management platforms.
- Deep understanding of digital asset management principles, metadata structures, and content lifecycle workflows.
- Experience with Aprimo DAM or comparable systems is a must.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities and a user-centric focus
Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for the Aprimo DAM system in alignment with business goals.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather, prioritize, and translate business requirements into actionable product features.
- Manage the product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality enhancements and new capabilities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all matters related to the Aprimo DAM platform, including vendor communications.
- Develop and oversee the implementation plan, system configuration, and governance standards.
- Lead training, onboarding, and support efforts to drive adoption and ensure consistent usage across teams.
- Monitor system performance, usage metrics, and user feedback to inform ongoing improvements.
- Stay current on DAM industry trends, tools, and best practices, recommending innovations where appropriate.
Education:
- · Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related discipline.
