Your role
Product Manager to own our Account Payable Automation product. This role involves ensuring our product delivers above and beyond customer expectations in the UK market. The role will require the successful candidate to prioritise work efforts based on customer feedback, marketing innovation, business cases, and collaborating with existing teams to grow the business. Additionally, the Product Manager will support 3rd party integrations, such as payment technology and ERPs into the products core features.
What You'll Be Doing
What you will be doing;
- Product Development: Ensure the Account Payable (Corepay Complete) offering aligns with market best practices, customer needs and regulatory requirements. Identify new trends and features to enable differentiation and strengthen competitive positioning. Able to detail requirements, customer stories and operate in an agile environment.
- Business Case Prioritisation: Evaluate and prioritise product development efforts based on business case analysis and strategic goals.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams, including sales, marketing, engineering and customer support, to drive product adoption and business growth. Heavy responsibility to work the development teams using agile methodology
- Integration Support: Support when required the sales and implementation teams to ensure customers’ expectations are managed and aligned during pre and post sales.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, informing product strategy and development.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse product performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to enhance product features and user satisfaction.
What We Need
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in product management roleswithin the accounts payable and ERP space. Tangible product launch experience.
- Skills: Strong understanding of accounts payable, and related systems. Demonstrable competence in working with ERPs and finance teams. Must be able to communicate with finance and AP teams in domain standard language.
- Attributes: Strategic thinker, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field
