Job purpose
We are building a London based product team that will drive the delivery of 118 118 Money’s ambitious growth strategy.
To get this team off the ground, we are looking for a Product Manager with financial services sector experience who can hit the ground running. You will be hardworking, tenacious and up for a challenge! But most importantly, ready to play a critical role in our business.
What you'll do
Your role in our strategy
You will work closely with Commercial, Operational and Compliance leaders to define the vision for what the delivery team will work on.
You will become the company wide specialist on your products, owning the near and long term roadmaps. This will require you to build a clear understanding of the role of our product in our customers’ lives and in the industry overall.
Your role in delivery
The right candidate will be experienced in executing against a strategic vision. They will identify the customer need and the larger business objectives that a product or feature will fulfil, articulate what success looks like for a product, and rally the team to turn that vision into a reality.
This means you will collaborate with our technical leadership to transform roadmap initiatives into deliverable plans. You will be fluent in Jira and Confluence! Using them to manage project, iteration, epic, story, and task levels, including the backlog and upcoming features definition.
This is a technical product management vacancy so a solid understanding of IT systems and experience building and maintaining systems is essential.
And most importantly, as a Product Manager you will be highly visible - communicating team progress, the roadmap, plans and priorities to stakeholders and senior leaders across the business.
