PRODUCT MANAGER – CLEARED DERIVATIVES

Location: London, UK – Hybrid

Contract duration: 12 months renewable

We are seeking a Product Manager to join an agile team focused on delivering client-centric solutions in the cleared derivatives space (ETD & cleared OTC). The role involves managing initiatives, ensuring product readiness, and supporting business goals through measurable outcomes.

This position is based in Central London with a hybrid working model, with 3 days a week in office required. Contract will be inside IR35 and will be based on an all in day rate.

Responsibilities:

• Act as initiative manager within an agile pod, ensuring clarity of product requirements.
• Coordinate testing with internal and external clients to validate readiness.
• Support Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and track product metrics.
• Ensure product quality and compliance across technical and non-functional aspects.

Requirements:

• Experience in agile environments and delivery frameworks.
• Proven track record in delivering complex products in the cleared derivatives industry.
• Familiarity with OKRs and outcome-focused delivery.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build stakeholder relationships and drive accountability.
