What you’ll be doing

• Owning and shaping the product roadmap – from ideation through delivery – ensuring we build the right solutions, at the right time, to deliver commercial impact.
• Creating opportunities to shape how AI is harnessed within our product portfolio, driving innovation and influencing the future of product development
• Collaborating with technology and design to deliver products that solve real customer problems.
• Working closely with marketing and sales to design and execute go-to-market strategies that maximise commercial success.
• Bringing together customer insights, data, and market trends to inform decisions and prioritisation.
• Acting as the connector across the business – making sure product, commercial, and customer perspectives are aligned.

About you

• You’ve got solid experience in product management ideally from working within a high-growth SME environment (bonus if it’s SaaS or data-focused).
• You’re equally comfortable diving into a backlog as you are shaping a commercial launch strategy.
• You know how to balance vision with pragmatism – you can see the big picture but realise the importance of operational impact.
• Most importantly, you’re curious, collaborative, and love solving problems that matter
