Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a proven track record of delivering complex projects in the financial domain. The role involves overseeing planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, stakeholder management, and technical expertise, with the ability to bridge business needs and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in line with organizational goals.
2. Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
3. Act as the central point of communication, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams.
4. Manage project backlog and prioritize tasks effectively.
5. Identify risks, resolve issues, and keep projects on track.
6. Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and conduct post-project evaluations.
7. Drive collaboration, efficiency, and continuous improvement within the team.

Required Skills & Experience

• 12+ years of experience in product management or project leadership.
• Proven expertise working across multiple teams and functions.
• Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Financial Products.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile methodology and the software development lifecycle.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Copilot).
• Hands-on experience with GitLab and SQL.
