Product Manager – Finished Plaster Products

Location: East Leake (Hybrid)

We're looking for a Product Manager to join our Portfolio team, focusing on our Finish – Plaster category. This is a key area of our business, responsible for some of our most strategically important product ranges, including over 20 plaster products and accessories.

You’ll be working

• Shaping the long-term product strategy – identifying future markets opportunities, customer needs, and the sectors we want to grow in
• Auditing and analysing product performance – from margin analysis to understanding customer satisfaction and unmet needs
• Managing product lifecycles – identifying where products are in their life and shaping future innovation

This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and digging into product performance, market research, and customer insights.

What we're looking

• Proven product management experience in manufacturing or physical products – this is not an IT or software role
• Experience in B2B or B2C environments – construction, consumer goods, food, or similar sectors are all relevant
• Experience of Product Marketing tools such as Boston Consulting Matrix (BCG), SWOT PESTLE, Porters 5 forces, ABC/XYZ analysis etc.
• Strategic thinking, commercial awareness, and a strong understanding of product profitability
• Regularly engage and visit our main manufacturing plant in Barrow – a Midlands base is ideal
