Product Manager - 12 month FTC

Salary: Up to £95k

Location: London (Hybrid, 2 days onsite)

A well-established B2C company are undergoing a major refresh of its digital ecosystem, and they’re looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of their core revenue generating web platform. In this role, you’ll help shape how users discover content, plan actions, and interact with a high-traffic platform used globally.

You’ll be part of a lean cross-functional team focused on delivering intuitive, insight-driven digital experiences while moving towards more personalised and adaptive user journeys.

Responsibilities

Defining the vision and roadmap strategy for core web journeys.
Building a strong understanding of user behaviour through research, data, and experimentation.
Optimising browsing and purchase flows to improve engagement, conversion, and overall satisfaction.
Leading initiatives that enhance relevance through contextual and personalised experiences.
Driving an experimentation mindset across the team, validating ideas through A/B tests and rapid iterations.
Collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality improvements at pace.
Keeping stakeholders aligned and informed with clear communication around goals, rationale, and outcomes.

Requirements

Around 5+ years of experience in B2C product management.
Skilled at taking early-stage concepts through prototyping and into full delivery.
Strong commercial intuition and a clear understanding of what drives customer value.
Mixed-method research experience and comfort with user-centred design.
Practical experience working in agile teams and applying lean product principles.
Hands-on experience with experimentation and optimisation.
Familiarity with product and analytics tools (e.g. Jira).
Collaborative working style and strong communication skills.
Ability to adapt quickly in fast-moving environments.
