We’re looking for a proactive Product Manager (Membership & Loyalty), to join a leading global business at a pivotal moment in it's transformation. The company is redefining how millions of customers across international markets engage with its brand, this opportunity specifically will be helping to shape a new, global membership proposition from the ground up.
As Product Manager for Membership & Loyalty, you’ll take end‑to‑end ownership of the vision, strategy, and delivery of an evolving loyalty and membership experience, whilst collaborating closely with leadership, engineering and platform teams. Operating at the intersection of commercial strategy and technology, you’ll simplify complex systems, establish scalable foundations, and build a cohesive product ecosystem that strengthens customer lifetime value globally.
