About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate Product Manager to take ownership of our Genedrive pharmacogenetics point-of-care test products. You’ll lead the charge from concept to market, managing the full product lifecycle, driving commercial growth, and supporting international business development efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Translate business strategy into effective go-to-market plans
• Identify key market segments and drive clinical evidence generation
• Manage the full product lifecycle and roadmap
• Collaborate with R&D, engineering, quality, and commercial teams
• Lead product improvement and new development projects
• Deliver high-quality sales and marketing collateral
• Monitor and support Post-Market Surveillance under IVDR regulations
• Represent the company at industry conferences and events
• Provide product expertise and training to partners and end-users
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and stay ahead of industry trends

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years' experience in Product Management
• A degree in Science or Marketing
• Experience with IVD, molecular, or point-of-care diagnostics
• Proven commercial acumen and stakeholder engagement skills
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• A proactive, self-directed, and detail-oriented approach
• Experience launching products into the UK and international markets
• CRM system familiarity
• Willingness to travel internationally (up to 25%)

Pay range and compensation package:

This is an office-based role requiring travel, including international, up to 25%.
