The Role

As Product Manager, you’ll lead the development of the internal loan servicing systems - building out smarter automation, improving compliance workflows, and helping create a truly seamless experience from loan activation onward.

This role sits at the intersection of product, finance, ops, and engineering –ideal for someone who loves solving messy operational challenges with elegant product thinking.

What You’ll Work On

• Lead the evolution of our Loan Servicing and Collections systems – designing tools and features that power the active loan lifecycle
• Build automations to streamline financial, operational, and regulatory processes
• Own compliance and comms updates, ensuring changes are accurate and timely
• Collaborate with finance on reconciliation tooling and integrations
• Partner with engineers to scope and ship scalable internal systems
• Apply systems thinking to improve operational flows and reduce friction across teams

Your Profile

They are looking for someone who bridges the gap between financial fluency and product strategy.

• Background in finance or ops (e.g. financial analyst, systems accountant, or similar) and experience in product management, ideally within fintech or financial services
• Strong grasp of financial systems and process design
• Comfortable with technical discussions - APIs, architecture, workflows
• Data-driven and comfortable making decisions based on insights
• Skilled at working across disciplines and aligning diverse stakeholders
• A self-starter who thrives with autonomy and accountability
